Gregg Rosenthal of NBC sports has reported that Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome has stated that cornerback Josh Wilson, whom the Seahawks traded to Baltimore for a conditional 5th round pick, did not meet the requirements which would have upped the pick to a 4th rounder.

Wilson, who had a very up and down career in Seattle managed to start 9 games for the Ravens, and played very well, even returning an interception for the game winning touchdown against the Texans.
